Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales materials and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales management with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Electronics or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on coaching and development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must hold a Driving License.
