      Avoid purchasing any Ultima items. I have an earbud and an Ultima Magnum E500 watch(This was purchased through DDARAZ). The earbud on my left side is not working, and the real panel of my watch is open. I've tried changing the product, but it's still defective, so I want my money back. I don't need a replacement because your product quality is poor and your marketing campaign is the best you have. I don't think any of your products are good.
